Job description An experienced candidate in the customer service/dental field is needed to add to our team. Responsibilities included but not limited to: greeting patients/positive attitude verifying and updating patient information answering and managing telephone calls scheduling and confirming upcoming appointments collecting patient payments at time of check-in/check-out submission of payments to insurance/ dental coding filling cancellations and maintaining the schedule. This candidate must be able to problem solve, have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask (very important), excellent computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Full-time and Part-time position available: Monday - Friday, 38-40 hours per week.
