About the Role As a Pediatric Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in helping children develop healthy oral habits while making their dental visits a comfortable and educational experience. Our ideal candidate is warm, energetic, and enjoys working with kids of all ages and abilities. The position is part-time hours but the position allows for additional days as needed. What You’ll Do ✅ Provide thorough dental cleanings, sealants, fluoride applications, exams, and preventive care ✅ Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and healthy habits ✅ Work closely with our dentists and team to ensure a positive patient experience ✅ Foster a welcoming and friendly environment that helps children feel at ease ✅ Maintain accurate patient records and follow best practices in sterilization and infection control What We’re Looking For ✔️ Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist ✔️ Passion for working with children and creating positive dental experiences ✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication and patient education skills; experience with Eaglesoft is a plus but training can be provided ✔️ Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment ✔️ Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred, but we’re happy to mentor the right candidate!
